These companies added their selves to my Discover Card account without my permission. They offered to refund me one year of the charges (an admission of guilt). This is not satisfactory; I want a refund back to the date they were added (October 2009).
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Recently, it has come to my attention that this company has been automatically deducting money from my checking account, since 2008. I am beyond upset with this matter. I have never approved for this company to have access to any of my personal information.
The amount has been $19.80, once, sometimes twice a month. My account is in Georgia; however, I live in Iowa. I keep this account active so my GA child support can be easily deposited. I do not get statements in the mail and I have not had to keep up with this account because I thought I knew what was coming on and going in each month. Until I recently started using online banking did I start seeing this deduction.
I have since discussed with my bank and they also have become aware that this was not an approved transaction. Immediately I called Easy Saver per number that shows next to $19.80 online. I initially asked what kind of company this was and was asked my name five different times and spelled it out very clearly. The representative I spoke with said initially she could not find my name in system, then asked for a credit card number even after I let her know the reason for the call.
She then transferred to Leon of Debt Escalation dept. He asked my name again and still at this point said he was given wrong name by previous representative. I explained the call and he briefly gave me description of company and said my member ID #53656523.. He then began trying to negotiate a reimbursement starting at one month to 12 months full. I continuously told him I was not accepting this, that I wanted full refund of all the money that they stole from me since 2008. I asked to speak with manager and he said only information was her first name of Julie, and that I could not speak with her.
I am beside myself with this matter. I am a single parent of three small children and would never enroll in any program or agree to participate in any kind of program in which I would pay monthly to be a part of something I would never or have never used. I am on a very fixed income and $19 is a lot of money to me. He provided this company with address for any additional question.
I will continue to pursue this matter. He also credit my account for 12 months in which I continuously told him I would not accept this. Representative went against what I had said and deposited refund for 12 months into my account, once again accessing my personal account without my permission. I feel disgusted and robbed. I asked for his full name and manager, which he would not provide. I want to make sure this company can not do this to anyone else.

They did refund my money, but my card should never have been charged in the first place. My wife does not recall agreeing to anything having to do with this membership. I would definitely avoid pro flowers at all costs.

I placed an online order with ProFlowers.com, and clicked on a "free shipping" feature. It asked me if I wanted a membership, and I said no. I had to click on "Yes" to get the free shipping, and it appears to have automatically enrolled me in the membership. From that point forward, a $14.95 monthly fee was assessed to the credit card I used for the flower order. When I called them to request a refund, they processed it as though this was a routine occurence. But there was NO CLEAR indication whatsoever on the website that I was authorizing a monthly charge.

Last Mothers Day I bought flowers from proflowers. When I completed my transaction with Pro Flowers a window popped up that said I qualified for free shipping. I put my name and address in the pop-up. After that I was sent to a web site But I did nothing and exited the site.
Just recently I realized I had been charged $14.95 on my credit card for the past 7 months (June to December) and $1.95 on 5/9/2008 by Easy Saver. I never aggreed to these payments and never gave Easy Saver any of my credit info which they must have gotten from Pro Flowers.
I am out $106.60. Easy Saver claimed they have cancled my account but would not credit my card for the past services rendered.

easy saver got an access to my washington mutual account and debited $140 from my checking account, with no authorization from me. i didnt know how they got access to my acount. i did not permit that. i just found out about this yesterday 10/28/08.
it resulted to overdrawal in my checking account and wamu bank wrote me to notify the over withdrawal and threathened to report my overdraft to credit companies. no money left in my checking right now.
