I bought 6 chocolate bunnies for my grandchildren. They wrapped each one and packed 4 in one bag. I asked if it was ok to pack them that tight and was told it would be fine. When I got home, I opened the bag and removed the bunnies and one was broken.
The next day I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, who was not very helpful. I just wanted to exchange the bunny. I was told no and he did not care if I ever shopped in his store again. The cost of the bunny is not the issue here. It is the attitude of the owner.

Even the people in the store thought it was terrible for them not to exchange my bunny since I have been a customer there for many years and I spend a lot of money. I am very upset over this. i cannnot believe a neighborhood store would treat a good customer like this. I now must buy another chocolate bunny for my granddaughter.
