They are highly unprofessional. I think it's some kind of scam. I'm not sure if the names they gave are accurate either. They are sending magazines, saying there's a contract and that money is owed on them. My daughter told them over and over again that she doesn't want or need them and can't pay for them. They harassed her; told her how they do know she won't have money to pay them after she pays her bills and rent and takes care of her children.

They will not stop sending magazines until I pay my bill, which was their fault anyway. I was to get only 5 magazines of my choosing for 1 month. As per their instructions, I called them before the month end to request them to stop sending me the magazines moving forward. I am still getting magazines. In addition to that, I am receiving 5 more magazines that I did not choose to receive. Please help me to stop this.
I receive letters from them and even phone calls from every week. They told me that they would continue to ruin my credit until I pay off the bill. They will also continue to call and mail me letters. They do not intend to stop sending the magazines.
I will never do this again. I will only buy magazines at the stores that I shop in. Please help me if you will. I am tired of all of this. Also, they told me that they record conversations each time they call. Thank You!
I signed up for some magazine subscriptions in December 2009. After paying $70/month, I realized we couldn't afford it and they weren't sending me the magazines I wanted anyway. When I called to cancel, Viking Magazine wouldn't allow me to cancel. I've canceled my debit card. They are now sending me notices saying that it will affect my credit. I am aware that they have my voice recorded. I would like them to cancel my account and owe them nothing and still have my credit unaffected.
They withdrew $210.00 from my account and they were rude to me over the phone. They are also threatening my credit.
