Company has ad in back of parenting magazine, every month. This is briefly what I wrote to them on May 30. I sent a picture of my daughter to their beauty contest on Oct 2000. I lived at my mother in law's at that time. I sent the requited stamps to have my photo returned. They returned it and said she qualified to enter the contest. I mailed the $28.00 fee, 2 pictures, the stamps to return my photos and advised them of my new and present address. I never heard from them again.

I was supposed to receive my photos back and a guide to child modeling. I emailed them on 8 seperate occassions. The last email was finally answered when I threatened to contact you. They said the things were mailed to the old address, (this was of course AFTER I told them that there was a diff.address). Even if it went to my mother in law's she would have given it to me. Also I had a change of address in with the post office. They sent me a honorable mention ribbon to quiet me.

I wrote to them on May 30, 2001 and explained everything again and that I wanted my photos returned and the quide for modeling OR I wanted my money back. A week or so later I got the guide and that was it. They didn't send back my photos or even write me a letter to explain. I sent the letter to Mrs. Susan Fair because she was the one that signed the note that was sent with the ribbon.

I am out $28.00 for a scam contest and my photos of my daughter. The photos aren't irreplacable but it's the principal of the matter.
