This company does not call or give me a the status of where my shipment is. When I call they say my shippment is in NY and say I had to pay an extra $1,198.00 because they had to palatize my things and all the stuff took more space on cubic feet. There was no mention of palatizing or that my things would go to NY for anything because everything was going to be shipped from Florida. Now they say I have to pay before I get my stuff delivered to Puerto Rico. I already paid $1250 as per the estimate on the contract and still don't know where my stuff is.

After checking out so many moving companies to move only boxes and bins and some industrial small floor cleaning machines and one air compressor I did a contract with moving services for the shipping and they said that I could give a deposit from a credit card so I agreed to it. Later they say that they couldn't use the credit card because they had some type of problem with the card so they said for me to fax them a check for the amount we had agreed upon.
I contracted with this company to move my household goods from Denver to Honolulu. They failed to give me a full written disclosure that explained that actual charges might differ from the estimate. The dates quoted were wildly out of whack. I was quoted two weeks and it took over ten. They held my goods hostage after I refused to pay more than the 'will not exceed' estimate, which I ended up paying anyway just to get my goods.
They never provided any explanation in writing for the over the estimate charges. Delivered my goods damaged and in the case of my entire computer system, missing. Absolutely refused any kind of compensation at all, even though it was listed on my change order that all items packed by them would be insured at full replacement value. Basically told me to go away and have a nice life.

Cost me thousands of extra dollars to live in a hotel instead of my apartment because I had no furniture, cooking tools, etc. Cost me thousands to repair and replace my computer and furniture damaged in the move.
