My parents are dead now but they were both in Fountain View and they both died due to neglegence and lack of help and lack of administrative skills and nursing skills and lack of CNA's that care. CNA gripe all the time about pay and their jobs but they take the job and they should be made to do them.
Nursing home clients are scared to say anything cause somebody as low as a CNA can make life misrable for them in the home and they know that. They all need an advocate to speak up for them if they don't have family like me. I was there numerous times a day and night and my parents still lacked for attention. This home should be investigated and shut downif not improved.
