My sister,29 yrs old, is a victim of a car accident.Currently in a comma she is not able to care for herself. Numerous of times the family has gone to check on her everyday and found her dirty. She has a diaper that does not get changed frequently and a trake that doesn't get cleaned either.They should be closed for negligence.
