Fluidity

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

On March 16, 2009, I ordered the Fluidity Bar and 3 Fluidity workout videos. Purchase cost of $239.70, paying in 6 payments of $39.95 (total cost with $10 priority processing fee and $49.95 shipping is $299.65). I received my Fluidity Bar a few weeks later from the ordering date, but the 3 workout videos were not included. I immediately called customer service and to advise that I did not receive the 3 workout videos and the order was placed to have videos sent with no cost to me. My account has been charged 3 of the 6 payments to date and to date, I have still not received the videos. I have been calling customer service and have been repeatedly told that because 1 of the 3 videos is on backorder, the other 2 will not be mailed out.

At one time, I was told that they would go ahead and mail the 2 out to me and when one that is on backorder comes in, they will mail that off to me. As of today, June 11th, I have not received any videos.

I saw this infocommercial to purchase this product. They requested to monitor the call with my credit card number. I refused and was directed to the website to buy the item. When the shipment arrived, it was extremely heavy and I could not move or pickup the delivery. I requested a return and they said I will not get my $50 shipping and handling back, and that I'm responsible for returning it to them and paying another $50.00. They misrepresented this product and thereby are getting away with robbing consumers. The public should also be aware, when you call to file a complaint, they do not give last names, direct phone numbers, or have a corporate address/contact to send complaints or request a refund. They don't care and basically give you a PO Box which is a mail dumping ground.
