This company keeps calling my grandmother claiming that an order was made for their product when no order was made. They refused to give us any information. We have been harassed several times already.
They keep calling me, after I have told them that I am not interested in any of their products but they keep calling. I use my phone lines for my business not to received phone calls to sell me products. Every time they call take time form my employees from doing their job which is to help our clients. I have trained people to answer calls and I have to pay them really well.
There is a Simplemete Natural TV Offer: product free for the 1st callers . My elderly mother called (74yrs old) and ended up with a product for $250+. Later, that same day, the sales person was informed by my mother that she did not want it. The company wanted a credit card not a lost sale.
Yesterday they called the home about 8 times. Today, they called, and I explained that she was not interested; to please stop calling. Later, I personally called and asked them to take our phone off their list--not to call. Well, the company ended up calling another 7 times. On the 7th call, I requested a manager but was never allowed to speak with one. The company staff insisted that she had a delivery to make and even though I explained again, there was no respect of the customers decision to not purchase; she still insisted.
Stay away from Simplemente Natural, a product by a company run by a bunch of money-hungry crooks who have no respect for our elderly but use deceitful tactics for their gain.
