Wu Yi Diet Tea

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

My Daughter has ordered what we believe is 12 months of this diet tea. @ Aus 170.00 dollars a month. She was unaware at the time of the money difference and we want to cancel this order. This company have an email customer service contact which we have sent a request to cancel, but have not recieved any reply. The phone numbers are some sort of international number and I'm not sure how they operate at all. The whole experience appears dodgy at least. We just want the order cancelled. can you guys help us?

My daughter is a university student and cannot afford this product. They claim to give you the chance to cancel your order but in reality this appears unattainable. Its not any contract just an order for a period of time that if she has to fullfil will do her cash flow some serious damage.

On Oct. 9th, my wife visited a web site called easy weightloss tea.com. She ordered a trial box of tea for $4.95. Two days later, Oct. 11th they charged her credit card $59.95 for three more boxes of tea she did not order. We did not receive this. On Oct. 25th, they charged her another $59.95 for three more boxes of tea. Upon receipt of this shipment she contacted this company to cancel further shipments. They would not give a name, nor would they send a cancellation email to confirm this action.

She checked with her credit card company to see if the credit had taken place. It had not. So, she had to cancel her credit card to stop the recurring charge. There was no indication at the time of her first order that this would be the case. As a matter of fact, they said after she had tried the tea, she would be so happy she would be ordering more tea. Needless to say she does not want more tea nor to do business with a company running this kind of scam! I've never heard of any tea that sells for $20 per box.

$4.95 for first box, $59.95 for second shipment (not received) and $59.95 for the third shipment. Totaling $124.85 within a 30 day period. For Tea?

I was sent a box of 'weight loss tea' that I never ordered. I had never heard of the company. I called a number on the outside of the box that was a pre recorded message. When I called, I spoke with Nicole who said I was 'the second caller' with this complaint. She asked for information. I gave her my name and she asked if my email address was x. She told me the order was placed on 10/25/08 at 3:46am form a ISP # that wasn't mine. She gave me the last 4 digits of a credit card that wasn't mine. She then said the other caller was a victim of identity theft.

i ordered a one month trial of the tea. it made me sick to my stomach. i cancelled it. now they keep sending me email saying they are sending me more tea and keep charging me 34.95 and 19.95 each month and i never even get the tea to refuse it. you cant reach anyone and they refuse email communication. i am so stressed it isnt funny. they over drawn my checking account. my husband is retired because of illness. they keep charging me and i am the only one working.

my dog was sick in parvo because of prepaid plan they are suppose to give them their shots and they didnt. it cost me additional 1600.00 to care for her. then ifound a new vet and they wouldnt cancel the petcare even though they were in breach; to top it all off they refuse to quit taking money out of my account each month for 18 mo now

my dog suffered so much for a month i lost 1600.00 for pet care they keep charging my account and wont quit tell me i cannot get out of a contract that was suppose to expire last year it just never ends
