I placed an order on 10-22-09. The website hung at the final stage of the order process ... At the time I didn't even know if I had an order. I checked my bank account on-line and found that they charged my card. I called the company and they told me I should have received a confirmation email of an order. I did not receive one, so they resent it. A few days later I received an email stating that my order had shipped with a ink to track my package. The link took me to a page that said my order didn't exist. I used my email address and password that was created at the time of the order to login to "my account" it took me to a page that said I have no orders.
So, I sent the company a message through their "contact us" page and waited 24 hrs for a response and received none. I phoned the company to complain and encountered the rudest customer service rep I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
when I tried to explain to them the problems I as experiencing with their service the person on the phone would cut me off and get belligerent. I demanded to speak with someone else and as given the brush off.
This is a very "low brow" retailer that I will never do business with again.
