My order was placed on March 6,2011. A day later, I received an e-mail that it would ship out March 25, 2011. On 3-31-2011, I got an e-mail from **@911TacticalDirect.com (The trousers were shipped out yesterday with the exception of the khaki color which we can no longer get. You should receive the package within 5-7 days. Thank you.). On April 8, 2011, I finally reached someone from your company that said that the order has never shipped and won't be shipping, because they no longer carry the products. I have now wasted over a month waiting for an order that you never had any intentions of ever sending me. Is this how you conduct business?

I ordered a pair of boots ATAC 6" 12002 $84.99 from 911tacticaldirect.com on December 19,2009. I emailed the help desk to ask them when I would receive my boots and they responded back by January 4, 2010. I emailed them on January 6,10 and I did not get any response on my order. I called yesterday January 28, 2010 and they answered and said it was a problem on the manufacturing company and said he would call back. He did not call back. I called back today, January 28, 2010, and no one answered the call and I was sent to their voicemail . It's been a month and a week and I have still not received my package.
