We purchased a backup solution from this organization approximately 1 year ago. It was a combination of hardware (i.e., two servers) as well as software. We've had nothing but problems with the hardware portion and to date, have had a 100% hardware failure ratio. We've spent countless hours on the phone with their tech support staff which is small in size, consisting of basically 3 people based in CA. We've had to contend with a 3-hour time difference since we're in NY and their support staff is only available after 9:00 PST.
The problems with this backup solution have yet to be fully resolved and have been going on at minimum of 6-8 months. Calls and emails to their tech support team largely go unanswered. It's hit or miss at best when attempting to reach a tech support representative by phone. Assuming you're fortunate enough to actually get one of their support reps, they will remotely connect to your system. However, the most frustrating aspect of all of this is not being able to easily reach tech support when needed, especially after having spent $12,000.00 on what sounded like an ideal backup solution.
