Website claimed express delivery just before Christmas. Ordered a planter 12/20 for my mother. Company took money out of cc account 12/22 but have not sent item as of 12/29. Customer service has hung up without speaking to me twice. Finally got a canned email response 12/29 saying they will contact me about order within a week. All I see is they took my money with no guarantee of delivery but promised express in their web ad.
I called my aging mother about the delivery - she has waited everyday since before Christmas - I finally find out they have not even sent out the item but have taken money for it. The Aerogrow is a great product - I have used for two years - their poor management and customer service do not fairly represent a great product. My mother is old and worries about things like this. How dare they not respond to my calls, no not keep me up to date, and take money without keeping their promise. I found out after the fact they laid off on third of their workers before Christmas - unfortunately I did not know or might not have ordered. They promised and I trusted them.
