On December 1st I ordered a HDTV from All American Direct. It was suppose to ship within 3 days. On December the 4th All American Direct debited my Credit Card, but never shipped the TV. On December the 12th I called their Customer Service Dept and was told they didn't know what happened to my order, but they would email another dept and get back with me shortly. I waited all day but no call back. Late in the afternoon, I called them again, but was told their Customer Service dept had gone home and would be there Saturday morning to help with my problem. I called on Saturday morning, but their Customer Service Dept. doesn't work on Saturdays.

When I went on their website to check the status it showed that the order hadn't been processed. I called their main corporate headquarter three times on December 15 trying to get someone to tell me where my TV was. I left cell phone number and everything, but no one would return my call. Finally on the fourth called after much waiting on the line, I was told that the order would be shipped that day. I still haven't received the TV as of yet.

Four long distant phone calls to a non 800 number. A lot of flustration and as of yet, I am out $236 for a Television.
