I ordered a complete STD Test panel blood test kit via their website, order #8318, on November 20th 2007. $403.83 was subsequently charged for this service on my Mastercard 23 November 2007. The kit arrived at my residence in New Orleans early in December. Through a concerted effort on my part, I was finally able to schedule one of their phlebotomists(Velma Hammond) to draw my blood for the kit in March of 2008. I awaited my results but they never arrived.
After much more concerted effort on my part, I was able to find out from them that they had tossed my blood samples out because they had mislabeled them. Jacob Esparza, of Alltests, emailed me a refund form to fill out to get my money back. On the top of the form it states that a 50% refund will be issued after the unused kit is mailed back postmarked within 15 days of order date.
Obviously, this would be an impossibility in my case, but I filled the form out and mailed it in anyway, hoping that common sense would influence their response. Unfortunately, I never got a response from them(this appears to be modus operandi for them). So, after much effort on my part again, I'm left with a few emails from Jacob Esparza and Michael Brand, placing the blame for my lack of refund on me for not submitting the refund request in a timely fashion, or that telling me that that is not their responsibility and pointing me from one to the other, and a few unanswered phone messages.
I paid $403.83 for a blood test whose results were never delivered. I also got butchered by their phlebotomist(speaking rhetorically).
