I orderd a filter from them. It came to my house looking like the plane never landed, just threw it out over the airport. Which is not thier fault, thats ups's fault. so I emailed Aquatraders to tell them,to get the problem solved. I never heard from them for weeks(about 8). then they told me that the return period was over, and basically to go screw myself. If you look up thier website and scroll down a couple sites you will find i'm not the only one unhappy with them.

This is a sole internet-based company. They do not use phone contact at all. I bought a fixture from them and six months later, it stopped working. The fixture was only about $50.00 cheaper than the one that will last a lifetime. They jerked me along with emails back and forth. Then they offered to look at the item if I paid to have it shipped with a paid return label. This is not how any other company works. I can not send my light back as everything in my tank would die, they have to know this. They refused to call me and it is obvious that they do not care about their customer service.
