After conducting a Google search for suspenders on July 6 or 7 2009 I ordered ties and suspenders from the Brite Ties web site. The web site states delivery should occur within two to three days. A week after my order, I contacted Leah C to ask her the status of my order. She asked for my information and she told me should would call me back. She never did. Two days later, I called again. Her daughter answered, but Ms. C would not come to the phone. Two days later, I sent an email asking for her to contact me. She never did. $163.40
