We placed an online order for 3 bar stools to their web address, chairs1000. We opened only 1 of 3 boxes and upon inspection the barstool was different in color and size from the picture on the company's website. Without ever using the barstools we contacted their customer service to return the stools but even though the company website says you can return in 30 days, they refused to let us return or give a credit because they claim the stools were custom made, but when clicking on the product on their website nothing indicates that the product is custom made and your prohibited from returning.

We are out of pocket $569.70 and also paid an additional $216 on shipping charges to UPS to return the barstools to the company's site in Pembroke Pines FL. But thus far the company has not agreed to give us a credit for the barstools or even exchange them for alternate stools.
