This company purportedly offers search SSN and indicates that this information is available once the user has registered with the website. In fact, this information is not available, and you're besieged with enticements that the data may be available at an additional cost. This site is a blatant rip-off; wasted my time and money.

I needed a copy of my divorce decree. The CIS Nationwide advertised the access of this and I would receive a copy of the divorce decree. It's wrong. It's false advertisement to lure you in and pay a fee of $29.99 for unlimited access to find the information you need. But they do not provide a hard copy. I want my money back!

I used the service to find background information based on a temporary rate of $4.95 then when did not deliver anything but offered another higher tier of service for $29.95. The same thing happened. Address was not accurate and looping you to another service with another price. The worst thing that I think I am duped because in the process I was lead to give my D.O.B. which they did not have and now could use to sell.

The site I went stated they did comprehensive background. They had court records, criminal convictions, etc. They also stated unlimited look up for an additional $9.95--highly recommended. I spent both the sign up fee worth $39.95 plus the $9.95 unlimited look ups. I then went on the site to get the information I was looking for. When I got the comprehensive background check back, all of the information was from another individual with the same name. I had previously done name searches on Google for this person and was able to get more information.

When I contacted the customer service department about this issue, they stated that I had exhausted my funds and would need more funds to get additional searches. I contacted them again telling them that I had done better on a Google search. They stated that the type of crime this person committed was not going to show up on any criminal check because the person made bomb threats and that was only on FBI files which is complete **.

signed up for reverse phone look up service from CISNationwide. would like to request a refund for false advertising. cannot find anyway to contact the service for a refund. cannot find any information, cannot do reverse look up unless each entry is charged an additional $15 which was not explained in the initial set up. It advertised unlimited access for 1 year of $44.90 per year.
