My son ordered new "Skins" for his PS3 on my credit card (with my permission). They charged the card for the product but it was never received. No communication back from them after the invoice was emailed despite many attempts to find out the status of the order.

I ordered an original iPhone screen online. I received a confirmation e-mail when I ordered the product July 21st and that it was shipped July 23rd. When I ordered the product their website stated I should receive it in 8 days. Their shipping email stated to contact them if the product was not received within 15 days and included an email address to contact them. This is the response I receive, "Dies ist eine automatisch erstellte Benachrichtigung +APw-ber den Zustellstatus.

Den folgenden Empf+AOQ-ngern konnte die Nachricht nicht zugestellt werden, weil keine Verbindung mit dem Zielserver hergestellt werden konnte."

I also tried to contact them using the contact web form on their website an get the same response.

Today it has been one month since I ordered the product. Oh, there is not any phone number or address anywhere on their website or e-mails.

I think I have been scammed and am out ~ $40. I've filled a complaint with my credit card company. I'll wait and see how that goes.


I ordered a cable on February 2, 2009 and the total for my order $130.50. I received an invoice the day I placed the order but never received an e-mail to say it was shipped, until I inquired about the order and I never received a tracking number. The site looked legit but there is no address, no phone number and no contact information whatsoever, except through e-mail. We are still waiting for the cable, and numerous e-mails have been sent to the company with no response. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BARRED FROM DOING BUSINESS. WE ARE TAKING STEPS TO ENSURE THEY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER GOVERNMENT ENTITY AND WE WILL PURSUE CHARGES OF FRAUD IF WE HAVE NO RESPONSE TO OUR E-MAILS IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS.

I have lost $130.50 and the company has my credit card information.


I found this site on line & it looked legit but now I'm wondering being I haven't received my order and the only way you can contact this company is by email, there is no phone number or address listed on the site. I have emailed them several times stating I want my money back being I haven't received my order. The company responded once stating they were working on the problem with there carrier and would let me know in a few business days that was on January 30th.

I placed my order December 28, 2008. My order totaled $93.85 and I want to be reimbursed being I don't have my merchandise. I still have my invoice copy and the emails I sent to them about this. I hope you can help me out and find out if I was scamed out of money.

I'm out almost $100 and I gave this company my credit card number which comes out of my checking account. I have montored my account very closely. I just put in for a new bank card because I'm afraid I was scamed.


On the eve of July 31st I ordered a product from this company which cost me $87.90 to purchase. The website claims that the product will take 3-6 business days to arrive. After 6 business days passed I was beginning to get concerned. I sent them an email later that day. For two days I got no reply. Then I got a reply on the third day. It stated that my product was shipped August first. Keep in mind the company never sent me a confirmation email stating that my order was shipped nor did they give me a tracking number for my order so I had no idea if it was coming by UPS or what.

After they told me it shipped I waited. It has no been two weeks I still have not received my order. I read some reviews about this website online saying it is a scam and others have suffered the same treatment. Some have claimed to lost money to this company. As of yesterday I emailed them and said I would be taking action if they do not send my information on my order.

Being that this company is a scam anyway who knows what condition my product would come in any way even if they did send it. As of today I emailed them saying I just want my order canceled and I want my money refunded. I am filing this claim because if I do not get a response from them or if I am not informed by my bank that the money has been returned to me I plan to take action.
