I purchased a Panasonic HDTV from this company back in March 2003 along with an extended warranty they talked me into for an additional $400 bucks. All told, I spent $2,390.82 for an HDTV that crapped out well before it should have. I have tried to contact "Warrantech," the warranty company. (They were located in New Jersey, perhaps enough said there).
From what I understand, they stole my money along with many other customers' money, turned the lights off and ran with all the cash. It has taken me literally years to remedy the situation and try to become a satisfied customer once again but I am about to give up. I can't do this anymore. I'm just thoroughly disgusted that all of this was able to happen in America without any way to carry out justice and have these people jailed or imprisoned for their crimes.
As a result of all of this, the time that it has taken for getting my HDTV repaired has caused all the sand in the hourglass to run out. I probably don't qualify for any warranty repair, under the original time frame. However, if justice did prevail, all I want is my damned HDTV to be repaired at no expense to myself.
