My boyfriend spent over $200 on a PS3 gaming system from EGA on eBay. It has now been 4 months without any PS3. I haven't received any refunds and I have multiple emails with this "**" woman who keeps telling me that their accounting is behind and that the "check will be in the mail".

There are no other means to contact them and now even her emails have dried up. They have stopped responding to my emails.

I am not stupid. I realized they are never sending the refund. We are not rich by any means. My partner and I saved that money for months between both of our paychecks. I have seen on various websites, including their own (now defunct) page on eBay, that numerous other people had the same issues, whether it was a Wii, PS3 or various electronic goods.

Basically, we are out over $200. eBay was of no help and only told us that we could contact local law enforcement.

I purchased through Ebay a nintendo wii console bundle. The purchase was for $182.00. This was on March 1, 2010. I waited a month before sending an email, giving them enough time to solve the problem. They then responded back that the refund was being processed and i should recieve it promptly. This NEVER happened. I never recieved a refund or the console. This company, apparently cannot be contacted. I have tried everything i know. Please someone help me please. I bought this Wii console for my children.

Besides the fact that i paid $182.00 that i could really use right now because i am a single father of three children and times are tough to say the least. I just want justice. I would like to think there is someone out there that actually gives a damn about people and their families. I am now in debt and i have 3 children that are extremely dissapointed and have cried and cried. I sure felt like i could cry myself sometimes. I am only 28 years old and this has been tough on us all. Thank you for hearing me

I purchased an item from them (ega-online.com) they never shipped the item and when I ask about the refund I get the "check is in the mail" response. This has been going on for two months now. I'm out of the money paid: *EGA 402- MD $207.51 Looks like it may be Maryland for the state.
