Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I read all of the stories of this scam and called immediately to have my order cancelled. I had just ordered on the same day. The lady on the phone gave me a hard time trying to tell me that she would discount the $149 to $80 then to $60 so that I would stay on the club. I repeatedly said I want to cancel. I want to cancel.

She gave me the excuse that the shipping department was separate from their company. That I had to take receipt of the order and then send it back for with and RMA number that I had to get from their 8776473735 number. I stated that I did not want the order and that I wanted to cancel the order. I had to be firm since she was so persistent. At the end of the call she finally said she would cancel the order and that nothing would ship.

I purchased the Prado electronic cigarette kit for $19.95 on August 25, 2010. I was charged $149.90 on that day. On September 9, 2010, I was charged an additional $69.90. I did not know this until I reconciled my charge card statement. I immediately called the company at 877-647-3735 and received no answer. I then called my credit card company and challenged these charges on the basis of fraud. My credit card company assured me that no further charges to my account will be made or accepted by this company.

Furthermore, my account will be credited for these charges and my credit card company will be contacting their bank to resolve this fraudulent situation. I have always tried to protect my financial well being. This one slipped through the crack. Henceforth, I will redouble my efforts to weed out suspicious activity and report any findings directly to the FBI.

I got screwed by this company just like so many others. I ordered the trial offer on the electronic cigarette, for $9.95, and then was offered a free case. When the order came, I was charged $19.95. I called the company and was told that there was nothing that they could do, but they offered to send me a free pack of cartridges at no charge. Then the nightmare began. Today, I checked my account as I received another pack of cartridges. As of today's date, I have paid $246.48 for this electronic cigarette. I have had several charges placed on my credit card. What a rip-off. Somebody needs to shut this company down and make them reimburse the unsuspecting consumer.

I had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I was able to purchase the starter kit with 2 e-cigs for about $80. It took a little while to ship as it was Christmas time, but when I ordered my refills they were at my house in 2 days. I have recommended them to my friends and co-workers and will continue to recommend.

I have not had a real cigarette since purchasing this product. I feel more energetic and better physically, also, I'm not going through nicotine cravings and able to chain smoke in my car without the smell!

Burns Enterprises charges credit cards and does not deliver product.
Liam B - PR rep lies regarding policies that apparently change between order and delivery time.
Over a span of 6 weeks, I have been given every excuse in the book as to why it is legal for his business to charge me and take "more time" to deliver.

I have also been told that their business doesn't have time to deal with my "insignificant bickering".

The information provided on their website is probably wrong because there is no apartment number on this multi-family home. This is probably a fraudulent business run out of someone's basement. I am going to try a local police report and see what comes out...
