They never placed your order and plus they will lie they already delivered your order. No email reply within 2-4 days. No phone numbers to talk to them. Worst fraud ever. Don't use this website

I had placed an order with this company for a delivery of cake and flowers scheduled for February 20th, 2009. When my order failed to arrive at my recipients house by midnight February 20th, I sent an email to customer service. I got a response stating that my order had indeed been delivered (a lie). When I sent a second email stating the order was not delivered, they responded by saying that they are looking in to the matter.

Finally, the order arrived a full day late at 6pm on February 21, 2009. At that point I demanded a refund. I got a response stating that due to a mistake on their part in processing numerous orders, my order was delayed (I still have this email if you wish to read it). And they went on to say that they would not issue a refund even though the occasion was ruined due to their negligence.

The business of this company is delivery of items for specific occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and the like - these items are worthless if they are not delivered on time. And they had the poorest customer service skills of any company I've ever dealt with. I had to send a relative out to a local bakery and flower shop to pick up the items this company failed to deliver on time so as not to have the occasion ruined.
