I kept calling and calling and no one would answer the telephone. I paid for the Hilldale Camelot II Bar Stool for a total of $109.00 that I never received. This amount was taken from my debit card on 01/10/2008. I would like to have my money back, since I did not get the product.

I ordered dinning room chairs on February 13, 2008 and my account was charged right away. I contact the company in April because they had not called to inform me about a delivery date. Suzie wrote back stating that the furniture was coming. To make a long story short, the furniture has not been delivered and now the site is no longer responding, apparently they are not accepting orders.
The company charge my creidt card 1250.00 and never delivered the dining room chairs (8 of them).

On 4/24/08 I purchased a dinnette set through the web site oneclickfurniture.com. I received an online confirmation e-mail from furniturebrandsgroup.com on that same day. My bank account was debited for the full purchase price of $1,254.00 on 4/28. I called the company on the week of 5/18 to complain that I had not received the merchandise and received an e-mail from "Suzie W." telling me the order would be shipped on 6/27.
I e-mailed her again on 6/27 to obtain my order's tracking information and she responded on 7/1 that the order would be shipped on 7/11. I called them again on 7/18 and received an e-mail from "Suzie W." telling me the order would not be shipped yet. I was not given an estimated date of shipment. I requested an immediate refund via e-mail and via phone and received an e-mail confirming the cancelation.
I e-mailed "Suzie W." to all her e-mail addresses on 7/23 to find out why my account had not been credited yet and received no response. I called her on 7/24 and she then sent me an e-mail stating, "We have attempted to electronically refund your account for your cancelled order. However since we do not use the electronic terminal we once used to bill you, we were unsuccessful" and telling me to initiate an inquiry with my bank. My bank, on the other hand, cannot do anything about this issue since the transaction took place over 90 days ago. I called her again and she then sent an e-mail saying that they would issue a check in 6-8 weeks and that my check would be going out on 8/30. At this point, I am convinced she is lying and I believe they never had the intention of either delivering the merchandise have or of returning my money.
The following web sites associated with this company have a note stating that they can no longer accept orders: furniturebrandsgroup.com and everydayfurnishings.com. The following web sites are still active and use the same web site design and photographs, so they seem to be a front for the same company: oneclickfurniture.com and shopsmartfurniture.com. They never delivered the merchandise. Now they are not refunding the $1,254.00 I paid them!

I placed an order with them in November 12,2007, using my credit card. The amount charged for two curios was $1,900. After getting put off for several months, my husband and I did a search on Google, and found several postings of fraudulent practices by this same company. They have no intention of delivering the furniture nor refunding our money.

I am still fighting to get my money back.
