I returned 2 items Revitalash, requested for a refund of around $158.00. They received these items within 30 days money back policy. As they say on their website: Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your return for refund to be issued. After 20 days since they got the stuffs, I still have not received my refund. I called them 3 times and left them messages, e-mailed them 3 times but they never ever picked up the phone or called back,or e-mail me back.

My 60-yr. old husband order a HairMax Laser Comb for $429.99 on-line at PriceMart.us on 11/18/09 for me as a Christmas gift. He gave it to me on Christmas day...I did not like it at all. The item is still in the original shipping box, and I did not use it at all. I e-mailed PriceMart at customerservice on 12/25/09 to ask for return address and refund, but dit not get an answer.
So I called them today at 1-877- and the guy (who refused to give me his name, told me that it's a non-refundable item, listed very clearly on their website). This is true, but I explained to him that my husband does not order things from the internet too often, and certainly did not read their return policy.
I had to admint that my husband did order the item on 11/18/09 (so it's pass 30 days) to insure delivery by Christmas - again, he is not used to ordering online as we all know that things do not take that long to arrive. Please have us get our money back...the item is still sitting in the original shipping box. Thank you.
