I ordered a Dustin Pedroia alternate jersey back on 4/29/09 and have yet to recieve the jersey or a refund. I've sent numerous emails but have yet recieved a response. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I STRONGLY recommend that nobody buys from them.

I purchased from ProJerseySupply an Eli Manning New York Giants Superbowl Jersey. What arrived was a different Manning jersey that was described in the listing that I purchased. I complained to ProJerseySupply, which apologized and agreed to take the jersey back and give me a full refund. They emailed me a return label and I sent it back.
ProJerseySupply told me they received the jersey back successfully and would issue me a full refund asap for $75. This was back in February and I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. There is no way to contact them by phone and I have emailed them repeatedly asking about my refund. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO AT LEAST 10 EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT THEM OVER THE LAST TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. This is unacceptable. They took my jersey back and my money and then ceased all communication with me.
