The letters posted on your site (in particular the 2 from 2007 and 8) were from a few angry customers that had posted these letters before we had the opportunity to correct their orders which we have done in each and every case. We address ALL of our customer complaints (very few considering the thousands of orders we take nationwide across the country each year). We'd appreciate a right to address the complaints and/or removal of them.
