I purchased an item on December 15, 2008. I received a confirmation email of my purchase that contained an order number on the same day. I was billed and paid for the item on December 15, 2008. On December 22, 2008 I sent an email to their posted customer service email address asking for an update on the order, I received no reply. On or around December 30, 2008 I called their customer service number to ask about my order. I left a voicemail with my phone number and have not received a call back as of today (January 5, 2009).
Today I placed another call to the customer service number and received another chance to leave my name and number for a return phone call. I did not leave another message.
I have been charged $44.98 for an item that has not been delivered in 3 weeks. I have not heard from anyone at the customer service department to assure me that the item has been shipped or my order is still processing. I am beginning to wonder if this website is even operating.
