I placed an order for 2 shirts and I received an email that they don't ship APO. For some reason, they won't give me my money back. I have called and was told to give it a week, I gave them two. I just want my money back. I was robbed of $79.24.

They sell fake clothes. I bought "Ralph Lauren" T-shirt, but it was not original. Therefore, I sent them items to get refund. I sent them several e-mails, but they didn't reply. I checked the confirm mail from post office that they got the item, but they haven't given me money. Please help me, I lost $100.
I ordered a Rock & Republic from this company and they sent me a wrong item than what I ordered. I tried to contact them to make an exchange, however, their site offers no customer service phone numbers. I emailed them and sent it back with the jeans. I have yet to receive my refund and have been mailing them. They did call. I have sent more emails and today.
They called and said they didn't have what I wanted and would have to have someone else call me tomorrow. I think they may be getting stolen merchandise now. They are way shady and have no clue about customer service. I just read on here some other complaints and I bet the Rock & Republic I got wasn't even real. They need to be shut down. Until now, 3 months, they did not refund my money. They stolen money after I sent back the item. I called them, they said okay, they received it and they will refund me. Until now, it has never happened.

I ordered my daughter a pair of True Religion Jeans on March 7th. They were too small. I called the company several times. Finally I did talk with a Mike and he said to e-mail customer service to get a RMA. I have e-mailed several times. All I get is "we will get back to you in 2 business days," never happens. I have also called several times now and no one answers the phone. I want my money back so that I can order my daughter another pair somewhere else.
The Lacoste shirts were not originals. I returned one and I never received the money back. They do not answer my phone calls, neither my e-mails. I lost $32.00.
