I ordered a perfume on 25 November, paid for first class postage and was expecting the perfume to arrive by 28 or 30 at the latest as informed by the staff. The money was taken out the next day on 26 November, while the perfume was not even despatched. Anyway, since I didn't receive anything till Monday, I followed them up, and they said I should expect it by Wednesday. And when I didn't get it on Wednesday, they said I should expect it by Thursday.

So as I thought I was going around in circles, I told them to send it to me immediately by next day delivery as I had waited for over a week and my friend's birthday had already passed and it was supposed to be a present for her. I finally got the perfume by special delivery on Saturday 5 December. But the seal was broken so the perfume could have been easily opened. So I emailed the company and I didn't hear from them for 2+ days.

So I returned the perfume to their address and asked for an immediate refund. No one had been replying to my emails and my calls were not going through. Eventually, when I did manage to chat online with their staff, they said they could not refund money for perfume which was opened by me, this was outrageous! As I had already explained that the seal was broken, and it wasn't me that had opened the perfume. Anyway, I'm still waiting for a full refund, including the first class postage they charged me and didn't deliver on time. I can't believe I wasted so much of my time trying to track them first when the perfume hadn't arrived, and second when the perfume was not sealed!
