I placed an order for a baby blanket 04/2009. I received a call about a week later stating the item was sold out. They requested I call and they would assist with selecting a different item. I attempted to call several times but was unable to reach a person. I left messages requesting someone call me to discuss this order. I sent several emails. All messages/emails went unanswered. In the meantime I received an email stating my order was processed. I continued making attempts to reach someone. On 05/05/2009 I did reach a person.
I inquired about the email I received and they reported they processed the order for a bib and burp cloth (NOT WHAT I ORDERED)I explained this was not what I ordered and I wanted to cancel the order. They agreed and sent me an email confirmation. On 05/06/2009 I received an email stating the order was processed and shipped, again for items I did not order (burp cloth and bib) Again attempted to call/email multiple times but unable to reach a person.
