Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I have used WhatGreatSkin.com for several years. To put this in perspective, they have probably processed at least 10 orders for me over the past 3 years. I have never had a problem with the products received and the timing is so fast, especially since I am on the East Coast. So an order I place before noon will be packed and shipped the same day. I have also compared their prices and they can't be beat, especially when you throw in no sales tax and free shipping. I disagree with Tracy of CA. I have never had a problem and have had way more experience with them over a longer time period. I'm extremely happy with their service and will use them again.

I have recently ordered Dermalogica using the WhatGreatSkin.com. As there was not much areas to shop for this brand name in San Bernardino, the only option left was the internet. I paid more than $218.00 for the skincare products which arrived in the USPS Priority Mail flat boxes. I found some of these products opened and used.

As these products are not inexpensive, I filed the complaint with the company and the local Better Business Bureau. I was surprised to receive a very thought provoking letter from the Better Business Bureau. In the letter, the company was in the offensive and took the initiative to react to my complaint. They even had to courtesy to use all the right words like "Unbalance Individual" which surely hit the spot! I think my complaint would join many other consumers who have had the liberty to pay to taste the real essence of consumerism in United States.

Not only do they not know how to identify, meet and exceed a consumer's needs, they simply enjoy the limelight of having a consumer complaint for the sake of complaining. As a result from this experience, I felt emotional stressed. Unfortunately, this is not something quantifiable in numeric terms.
