I purchased two AKC-registered English Bulldog Puppies from Mr. Brian ** of AKC Lucky Puppies. The first puppy I purchased, a male, has been diagnosed as having red mange which strongly discourages that he be bred. I purchased a second puppy, a female from Mr. ** on November 25, 2009. On November 27, 2009 (less than 48 hours later), the puppy was diagnosed as having pneumonia and passed later that day.
After confronting Mr. ** with these two separate complaints, he only refunded six hundred dollars of the twenty-four hundred that I had spent on the two puppies. Not only did I lose a puppy, I have to pay outrageous vet bills. But I am also stuck with a dog that I cannot breed due to medical issues that I was not made aware of before I purchased the puppy. Mr. ** not only failed to respond to these situations in a professional manner, but he also failed to comply with the "satisfaction guaranteed" policy he advertises on his website.
