I purchased an electronic device to control my aquarium, Reef Keeper Elite (RKE), that does not perform as advertised. I am not alone in having these problems. Digital Aquatics (DA) have promised to get the system functioning, but after more than a year of it not working, I feel that some intervention is needed. I have lost several fishes and corals after the device failed to control pH, resulting in a severe acidification of my aquarium. It does not accurately control pH or ORP in my aquarium as advertised.
