I purchased an electronic device to control my aquarium (reef keeper elite (RKE) that does not perform as advertised. I am not alone in having these problems.(http://www.forum.digitalaquatics.com/index.php) Digital Aquatics (DA) have promised to get the system functioning, but after more than a year of it not working I feel that some intervention is needed.
I have lost several fish and corals after the device failed to control pH resulting in a severe acidification of my aquarium. It does not accurately control pH or ORP in my aquarium as advertised.
