I signed my dog up with them in March '08 and had to file a claim in Nov '08, it took 5 faxes before they even acknowledged the clamin, then a few days later I recieve notice on the 12/17 that all pet ins. for everyone is canceled and find another pet ins. And they took my premium this month also.
They owe me aprox.$125 for a claim + this months premium if my dog isn't even insured for the month.
