I am writing this in retraction of a complaint I filed. I have received a beautiful Female pup from Shockerline and they came through for me. They provide a good service.

This is a simple case of "I didn't read the contract agreement". My contract clearly states that I dont refund moneys on puppies. None of the dog breeders I know of do. I put all of the money made on my dogs directly back into my dogs care. This is the reason for this in my contract. Dog breeding isn't always perfect, things do happen that are out of my control. I offered to give the buyer a puppy of comparable value as soon as one became available. I never gave him any idea that I would not give him what he paid for. A case of I dont want to wait is the problem. If I had a pup ready to go It would have been sent. I am not a puppy mill with tons of pups dropping constantly. I breed for superb companion and completely trainable pit bulls. I invested countless dollars in my own dogs to produce the best, stable minded and bodied dogs available today.
I have had 100% buyer satisfaction to this day. It's to bad one impatient person can make false accusations and tarnish one of the few quality pit bull breeders in the world's reputation. Since this "complaint" the buyer has agreed to take a pup from the very next litter I have available and has apologized for blowing this out of proportion. I have been a breeder for many years to this incredible breed and have worked diligently in being honest, and always going the extra mile to satisfy the people I do business with. Consumer reporting websites are bad for everyone being it is as easy as anyone one can post random nonsense about a business without reason or to just fabricate a story to do harm. This not only hurts me but my incredible breed that dearly needs all the help it can get. All I can hope is that the poster of this complaint will be able to have it removed. Possibly he will be able to retract it, I will talk to him about this for sure.

I wanted a Blue Breed PitBull. So I got online and searched the web. I thought I found a credible dog breeding Kennel, Shockerline PitBulls. I corresponded with the owner Mr. Ivan Price and asked how does it work. He gave me a price totaling $3950.00. A little high for a dog, but I wanted a good one. He then gave me his routing # & Account #. I transferred the money into his account.
We waited for the birth of the pups and they came I picked my male pup. I awaited for the shipping date. On delivery week, I got day after day of excuses, the vet won't be able to give check up until tomorrow, the planes frig and heating unit is broken so he can't ship today and the final the dog I picked has a heart Murmur and he can't give me that dog. I am a consumer since the company can't come through with a product I purchased. Don't I as a consumer have the right to get my money and go elsewhere since Shockerline has failed to produce?
