I was to receive my security deposit after I moved out of my apartment on Nov. 23rd, 2003. It has been more than a month now and I received a letter saying that they made an accounting mistake and they debited my account. I don't understand what the letter said so I spoke to the current manager and she referred me to the corporate office for an explanation. After several attempts to contact Ms. Passarge, no one has contacted me in regards to getting this cleared up.

I want my security deposit returned since I followed their rules and regulations in regard to renting an apartment.
