My security deposit was not returned. I was charged for carpet over 3 years old and vinyl that was coming up around the base boards. I asked for a copy of the invoice when the carpet was installed prior to my move-in and a copy of my move-out sheet. All I received was a invoice full of errors.
I think this action was in retaliation for a memo I sent to the main office.
I paid a $590 deposit plus a $200 non-refundable pet fee. I feel like I deserve half of the amount back. Creekstone billed me for $140.00. I filed a compliant with my local BBB office but they had no luck in getting a response from Creekstone.
