My fiance and one-year-old daughter moved out of our apartment on August 31 and the party above has yet to return our security deposit, because he says he has $400 in damages. I have videotape of the apartment before we moved out. We knew he was going to give us a hard time this is why this was done. This isn't the first time that this has been a problem to other past tenants.
He has $735 of ours and I have video proof of our old residence. He is refusing to give us our money back.
