When we moved in our apartment it was not ready for us to move in. Washer and dryer were still in apartment. The sinks were broken, roof leaked, and garbage disposal was broken. To top it off now our apartment flooded yesterday due to pipes that were clogged. The maintenance is horrible and we want to move out and be rembursed for this months rent (December and deposit) Our diswasher is also broken and refrigerator. We are not getting what we pay for our rent as outlined in the lease. The apt refuses to refund us.

We want $637.00 decembers rent plus $150 our deposit.
