We moved into this apartment over a year ago. It was soon after that we began experiencing various maintenance problems. Despite our efforts to work with management in resolving the issues we put forward, it took them a while to come to our aid, and sometimes never.
A case in point was an incident where the roof in the bathroom had caved in. We reported it several times, but not until the roof actually fell in, was anything actually done. The roof fell right after I had taken a bath, missing me by a few inches.
Another incident was the blockage of the incinerator. We reported it three times, and finally got someone to fix it for us since it was becoming a health hazard. We finally wrote a letter of complaint to management expressing our discontent with the tenant-landlord relationship. In brief, we feel this has not been a conducive environment to live in.
