The complex is letting me out of my lease as of Dec 31st. Although they are charging me an additional amount of $555.00 because they gave me i month's free rent to move in. I feel due to the situation I should not have to pay it back.
They failed to provide a safe enviroment as promised. Mail stolen, laundry stolen, drug dealers, extreme noise, no hot water (lukewarm on a good day). Several fires including neighbor downstairs, apartment was filled with smoke, they also demanded to spray pesticides in my apartment due to a neighbor's cockroaches, I have asthma and cannot accept chemicals.

The firemen or police are in this complex at least three times a week.
