The living conditons in our apartment complex are unbearable. Cheverly Terrace Apartments has been denied access to electricity from Pepco, due to the fact that they are not meeting certain regulations. So the managment company bought a temporary generator to supply electricity to the entire complex. The genterator is faulty. We are constantly going without electricity for long periods of time.
All of the tenants are suffering for the managment companies mishap. And there has been no kind of compensation for the problems. We pay for all utilities, but everytime you turn aroud there is something being shut down.
Food products are going bad. We're suffering in unbearable heat without air conditoning. It is very stressful to have to wonder whether you are going to have electricity when you come home. Instead of being able to enjoy myself at my own residence I have to go to other places to eat or to get out of the heat.
