Reported in January and Febuary of 2003 that the toilet was not secured to the floor and only one nut and bolt were holding it to the floor. Me and my wife turned in our notice to move out of our current apartment, the notice was in her office on 12-15-03 which is only a 16 day notice and it needed to be a full 20 days. I offered to make it right by paying for the extra 5 days in january of 2004 and that would give us plenty of time.

She came to us and said, well if you want everything fixed the way it should be then we could expect the rent to be raised or we could do it ourselves, but with the toilet still being in operation she said it would not have to be fixed since it still works.
