Woodard Properties withheld 95% of our apartment security deposit. A preliminary inspection was done and the woman indicated that we would receive most if not all of our deposit. She further stated that she had never seen a cleaner apartment left. Since full satisfaction was indicated, we believed our job of thorough cleaning and painting was done. $1135.00 was kept by Woodard and must be returned.
