On Dec. 13, 2003, I purchased a bracelet at Friedman Jewelers and paid cash for the total amount of $144.45. On Dec. 21, 2003 I decided that I didn't want the bracelet and went to receive my refund. The associates told me that they didn't have enough money in the register, to come another day. On Dec. 23, I called and one of the associates told me to come at 2:00 that day for a refund. When I got there, she said that she had already taken the money to the bank.

On Dec. 26, 2004 I called and talked to Sherry at the store, she took my name and number; told me that she would call me... never did. I am a single parent and need every dime of the money owed to me. On the sales receipt that I have from Friedman Jewelers it states:

MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it, free of damages, with your original sales receipt within 30 days. Refunds of cash or check purchases are issued by check from the corporate office. Please allow 14 business days for processing and mailing of your check.

Well, as you can see, I tried numerous times to recieve my refund and they just kept stalling and putting me off, until the 30 days were up. I still have the bracelet completely gift wrapped along with the original receipt and no one will help me.
