Bought Bissell Zing vacuum but cannot get bags for it at KMart. We now have to contact Bissell in Michigan to order bags and wait 7-10 days to get them by mail. The store in Parkersburg, WV should carry them since they sell the vacuum. I have had to order twice by mail and this is very inconvenient. I think that store should have to carry the bags. Had we known that we were going to have to get them from Michigan, we would never have purchased the vacuum to start with.

I could not buy steel toe shoes at my local Kmart store because they don't carry boots over size 13 wide. I had to be disappointed not to get a pair of steel toe boots for my job, but people who wear 13 wide and below can have a nice pair with the low shoe size if they want to.
K-Mart is very bad about advertising items that they never have in stock, and their Rain-Check policy of suppling what they don't have is terrible. I went out last Sunday morning to pick- up a set of Cobra FRS radios that had just came out in that morning's paper. The electronic dept said that they had never gotten any of the items advertised. They advised me to go to Customer Service to get a raincheck. This was for a xmas present.
I went to customer service to get the rain check and asked when they be getting some in. They said they did not know and to call the office tomorrow they could tell me. We called the office on Monday and they could not provide a date. I contacted a K-Mart in a surrounding town, and they advised it would be Feb. 2001 before they get any in. This is not the first time that K-Mart has done this. It seems that they are out of more of their advertised items than what they actually have.
