I purchased a pair of boots from this store that had a booth set up at the Indiana state fair on Saturday, August 21, 2010. I had done some shopping and realized that I paid $50 more than the actual Harley Davidson retailer was selling them for. I went back to the fair on Sunday and showed him the printed out page that I brought with me showing that he overcharged me for the boots. I asked either for my money back or if he could please pay the difference of the cost. The man at the register was extremely rude.
He told me that he can't give me my money back. I had paid by credit card and he still said that he couldn't refund me any money. He handed me a card for their retail store located in FL. I have called this morning and left a message and no one has answered or called me back. The man at the register was rude and not knowledgeable about the products and lied to me about the price.
